Experienced Landscaper & Groundworker

Full time · Lancashire & the North West

Due to our continued workload and a very busy order book, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Landscaper and Groundworker to join our existing team. You would work alongside a small team of two to three experienced lads across a wide variety of landscaping, groundwork and external construction projects.

The work includes

• Indian stone paving and flagging, and porcelain paving
• Resin-bound driveways, paths and landscaping
• Tarmac driveways and paths
• Groundworks: digging out, excavation, stoning up, levels and general preparation
• Kerbs, edgings and drainage
• Timber and concrete post fencing, decking and external timber work
• General hard landscaping, site preparation and finishing works

What we are looking for

• Experienced in hard landscaping and groundworks, and able to produce work to a high standard
• Reliable, with excellent timekeeping, someone who turns up every day
• Works well as part of a team, and can work independently and use their own initiative when needed
• Willing to get stuck in and help with all aspects of the job

Good to know

• A driving licence is strongly preferred
• Your own vehicle and tools are a big advantage, but not essential for the right person, as a company van and/or a spot in one of our existing teams can be arranged
• Good rates of pay, depending on experience and ability
• Full time, self-employed, with consistent ongoing work rather than a few weeks here and there
• Work predominantly across Lancashire and the surrounding North West
