**Full Terrace Re-Roofing:** Removed all existing Indian stone flags, re-roofed the area with a durable rubber flat roof membrane, and re-flagged the entire terrace with the original Indian stone flags. - **Precise Execution:** Fitted OSB boards, glued the rubber down with upstands, and carefully re-laid the Indian stone flags. - **Umbrella Refitting:** Re-fitted all the large umbrellas on the terrace, ensuring the space was fully functional and ready for customers. - **Time-Critical Completion:** Successfully completed the project within the agreed-upon two-week timeframe, despite the need for favorable weather conditions. #### **Results:** - **Leak-Free Terrace:** The terrace roof was completely sealed, preventing further leaks and protecting the cafe's structure. -
